Positive affirmations are positively worded sentences that verbalize your life goals, and help you reprogram your subconscious mind for success. When you concretely formulate (aloud, or in writing) your dreams and your ambitions, your brain immediately triggers a reaction, and your whole biology changes (your imagination, your energy, your vibrational frequency). Your whole body is set in motion and begins to direct you towards your objectives. The more you repeat your goals, the more reality bends to your desire.


Science has repeatedly validated the power of positive affirmations.  These are indeed a form of self-talk which, when practiced intentionally and at many times, reinforce the capacities of the brain in its structure and in its functioning, this is what is called " neuronal plasticity "._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_David J. By practicing positive affirmations on a regular basis, you are actually changing your brain, like a muscle that bends with physical exercise and gradually transforms. And it is the principle of repetition that is at the heart of the process !

Regular practice is extremely powerful in "reprogramming " your subconscious.

How to practice well

  • Positive formulation: Always formulate your affirmation in a positive way, because the brain does not "understand" the negation (do not say " je n'en pas miss d'argent_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_” but “ I have a lot of money ”).

  • Formulation au présent : Formulez-la toujours au présent (ne dites pas « je posséderai beaucoup d' money ” but “ I have a lot of money), because the brain needs to believe in the present to conform to reality.

  • At bedtime : Say them out loud in the evening before sleeping (or in the morning when you wake up), or record yourself on a USB key and let yourself be carried away by your audios... bedtime is a great time because your brain is particularly receptive to deep learning, without the filter of consciousness.

  • With a positive emotion : Try to feel a positive emotion, and let yourself be invaded by the idea that you already have what you desire, as if it were already there and that you were there very happy. This will increase your vibrational frequency.

  • With regularity / repetition: The whole principle of this practice is based on regularity and repetition over time. The more you practice, the more extraordinary changes you will see happening in your life.
